- License & usage data — the domain(s) you activate a license on, so we can enforce your plan's site limit
- Communications — messages sent through our contact form or WhatsApp, if you opt in
- Basic technical data — IP address and browser information, logged for security and fraud prevention
How We Use Your Information
- To process orders and deliver your license key, download link, and instructions manual
- To send order confirmations, delivery notifications, and license expiry reminders
- To provide customer support when you contact us
- To send WhatsApp updates about your order, but only if you've explicitly opted in
- To detect and prevent fraud or misuse of our licensing system
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

- Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform) — order updates via WhatsApp, only for customers who opt in
- Our email delivery provider(s) — sending order and license emails
Data Security
Passwords are hashed, sensitive settings are encrypted at rest, and all product files are stored outside the public web root.
Your Rights
You can view your order history and licenses anytime in My Account. To request a copy of your data, or to have your account and personal data deleted, contact us.
