These terms govern your use of digitalkrish.in and any product purchased from it. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Our Products

Digital Krish sells digital products — WordPress plugins, themes, and SaaS tools — along with website development and custom software services. Digital products are licensed, not sold outright.

2. Licensing & Site Limits

• Each license permits activation on the number of sites/domains specified in the plan you purchased
• Licenses can be deactivated on one site and reactivated on another, subject to the same site limit
• Sharing, reselling, or redistributing a license key beyond its permitted site limit is a violation of these terms
• Software updates and support are provided only while your license is active

3. Payments

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹). We accept payment via Razorpay, direct UPI, and bank transfer.

4. No Refunds

All digital product sales are final. See our Refund & Return Policy for full details.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell our products outside the terms of your license.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our products are provided "as is." We recommend maintaining your own backups regardless of which software you run.
